📦 Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
We currently only ship in South Africa . 

Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (if applicable).

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
